Every score on Cashout Index is reproducible.
Affiliate payouts do not influence rankings. Editorial scores are produced by our research team against six weighted pillars. Underlying tests are logged with timestamps and viewable per operator.
Six weighted pillars
- Median withdrawal latency (per chain)
- Rejection rate in test window
- Minimum/maximum policies
- Cancellation rate
- Off-hours latency delta
- License at issuer registry
- Ownership & founding team transparency
- Outstanding/resolved disputes
- Years operating
- Public security incidents
- Wagering math (effective burden)
- Game weighting clarity
- Max-bet during wager
- Withdrawal caps on bonus
- Predatory clause count
- Modeled effective bonus value
- Rakeback baseline
- VIP ladder economics
- Free-spin policy
- Time to first bet
- Mobile feature parity
- Support latency (live + email)
- Accessibility audit
- Game library size
- Provider diversity
- Sportsbook coverage
- Live-casino floor
How we test
Real funds, real chains.
We open accounts and deposit on at least 3 chains per operator. Deposits use freshly-funded wallets with no operator-side privilege. We do not accept review-unit accounts.
Median, not best-case.
We attempt 6 withdrawals per chain over 14 days, including off-hours. Latency is reported as median. Best-case marketing claims are ignored.
Math, not marketing.
Bonus terms are parsed clause-by-clause. We run a 10,000-iteration Monte Carlo on each welcome offer at 96.5% slot RTP to estimate effective value.
At the issuer.
We verify each license at the issuing authority directly, not via the operator's footer. We re-verify monthly and flag revocations within 24 hours.

What we don't do
- We don't accept payment to rank. Operators cannot buy position. Affiliate commission is paid on signups via tracked links and never alters score.
- We don't average user reviews into Cashout Score. User ratings appear alongside but are reported separately.
- We don't trust operator-reported payout times. Every latency number in Cashout Index is from a test we ran.
- We don't hide negatives. Score deltas, dispute counts, and revoked licenses are surfaced in the audit log.
