Every score is reproducible. Every payout is timed.
Cashout Index ranks online casinos on six weighted pillars. The heaviest pillar, payout speed, is verified live every week through the Payout Race. We publish the screenshots.
The six pillars
Median withdrawal latency, tested weekly through the Payout Race. Higher weight than any other pillar.
License jurisdiction, ownership transparency, dispute history, public complaint volume.
Bonus wagering math, withdrawal caps, fairness clauses, hidden minimum-deposit conditions.
Effective bonus value after wagering, rakeback economics, VIP ladder math.
Onboarding friction, support latency (we measure it), mobile parity, language coverage.
Library size, provider mix, sportsbook coverage, live-casino floor depth.
The Payout Race protocol
Withdrawal speed is the one metric most casino review sites refuse to test rigorously. Most copy the operator's published payout-time claim verbatim. We don't.
Every Sunday at 18:00 UTC, our test pilot deposits $100 (or the local minimum) at each indexed casino, using the same payment rail across operators (USDT/TRX where supported, otherwise the operator's fastest crypto rail).
We play through the minimum required to clear any deposit-locking conditions. Recorded plays only, no game-skewing strategy.
At 21:00 UTC we request withdrawal at every operator simultaneously. The clock starts.
If an operator triggers KYC, we comply within 5 minutes and record the KYC delay as a separate line item. Payout time still counts from the original request.
We log: request timestamp, casino approval timestamp, on-chain broadcast timestamp, wallet credit timestamp. The published median is wallet-credit minus request.
The weekly leaderboard ships every Monday morning at 09:00 UTC with timestamped screenshots for every step.
What we don't do
- We don't accept payment for ranking position. Affiliate links are bolted to the existing ranking, not the other way around.
- We don't quote operator-published "instant withdrawals" without testing them.
- We don't average across a single test. The published median is at least 4 weeks of observations.
- We don't hide failed tests. Failed withdrawals are flagged on the operator's page with screenshots.
